 Avocados – Delicious and Nutritious!
As the star of a recipe, or as a compliment to salads, sandwiches, snacks and more,
the taste of avocados adds that special touch and flavor to a wide range of dishes.
Mash up an avocado and spread it on your favorite bagel, croissant, muffin or toast
as you with do with butter or cream cheese. Or try avocado on a baked potato for
a unique and delicious taste treat. The rich creamy flavor adds a new dimension to
foods that are commonly associated with butter.
Add slices or dices of avocado to your favorite vegetable or fruit salads. See how
versatile and complimentary the avocado can be. Not only delicious, but avocados
actually act as a nutrient booster and enable the body to absorb more nutrients
from foods eaten along with them.
How wild is your imagination? Add slices of avocado to turkey, tuna, chicken or ham sandwiches. Top your burgers and BLT’s with sliced avocado for a memorable moment in eating.
